Appointments

The fastest way to get an appointment with the right person at the right time is by submitting an online request via your NHS App or here. We usually get back to you on the same day.

If you cannot do this, please call us or come in and we will submit the request on your behalf. We do get busy though, especially in the morning, so please be patient and respectful to our staff. We can also help you to submit a request online, it’s a lot simpler than it used to be!

Please give as much information in your request as possible. We can then make sure you get the help you need. We have a very varied team of professionals working together with the GPs, including pharmacists, physios, chaplains, social prescribers and many more, and they can be better placed to help you. We even have welfare advisors, health coaches, domestic violence and alcohol support workers available.

Do tell us if you need a free, professional interpreter.

Book a routine appointment

If your need is non-urgent, we have more options, to try to get you seen by a clinician you know, or at a time and place that works with you.

Our appointment times are 10 to 15 minutes, which means we can usually only discuss one problem at a time.

Home visits

Contact us between 8am to 9am if you feel you need a home visit. You will be called back to assess the need and discuss the options, as we can often much better examine and treat you in the Surgery.

Also, we can see several patients in the practice in the time it takes to do one home visit.

  2. Request an appointment online
  3. Telephone: 0208 983 7300 or walk in

Change or cancel an appointment

Please give us as much notice as possible, so we can offer your appointment to someone else. It may be you who missed out on an appointment, as someone else did not cancel!

To cancel your appointment:

  1. Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) and go to ‘your appointments’ and select ‘CANCEL’
  2. Reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
  3. Cancel using the GP online system
  4. Phone us on 0208 983 7300 or walk in
